New ECO Series Industrial Burners

ECOSTAR, a leading brand in industrial and process burner applications, has renewed its ECO series industrial burners.

The duo-block body ECOSTAR ECO series industrial burners are used in hot water boilers, steam boilers (scotch, water pipe, fluidized bed and grate boilers, hot oil boilers, dryers (asphalt plant, etc.), start-up (preheating) applications as well as hot air generators. The ECO series, which can be operated with natural gas, LPG, heavy oil, light oil, biogas, and dual fuel, has a wide range from 1.9 MW to 40.8 MW.

Eco burners can also operate with different combustion chambers and modernized applications with different combustion nozzle designs and optional fire tube lengths. They provide easy adaptation with combustion air fans suitable for the process. For special applications, it is possible to work with hot combustion air. Eco burners have enlarged the window box so that the combustion and internal monitoring can be carried out comfortably. The rear cover was designed to improve the air orientation of the body, leading to an improvement in combustion efficiency.  It can also be made of stainless steel for processes requiring chemical resistance.
